To prevent automated submissions and fraud, we also record your IP address, your browser identifier (user agent) and an anti-bot score. We do not request any sensitive information.

The information collected is used solely to handle your request, respond to you and provide our services. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and third-party services
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for its operation. We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect the contact form against automated submissions; this service may set cookies and is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Any analytics cookie would be set only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
5. Retention and hosting
Information submitted through the contact form is stored securely on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure in a Canadian region. It is kept only as long as necessary to follow up on your request, then securely destroyed in accordance with our internal practices.

In accordance with Québec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25), you have the right to access, correct, and withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, write to us at info [at] cynergex.com.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS).
